There are twelve monthly meetings.

The monthly event consists of the following process:

• The event duration is 2 to 3 hours. It may go longer if the group is on fire and highly engaged.

• Two 30-minute Growth seats during each meeting.
• In addition to the Growth seats, during each event, all members are given time to discuss their progress, decisions, and wins for the following tasks:
• One-on-One mini mastermind results
• 30-day challenge/goal results
• Next 30-day challenge

In between each meeting, members will commit to work and implement the ideas and solutions provided to them from the most recent meeting. Members will update the team at each meeting about their progress.

After each monthly event, each member is assigned a one-on-one partner to meet with before the next upcoming event. This monthly one-on-one mini mastermind can take place in-person, via phone, Facetime, Zoom, etc. During the twelve-month event each member will have the chance to have a one-on-one mini mastermind with all eleven of the other members.

We all have perception, will, reason, imagination, memory, and intuition. All these qualities create thoughts. These thoughts become Ideas in the conscious mind. Unfortunately, your paradigm exists in your subconscious mind, and it limits your freedom and actions. The Growth Seat portion of the meeting is where members get the opportunity to have their questions, ideas, or challenges presented to the group. The members listen with a supportive and open mind and brainstorm to help provide solutions. The Growth Seat is one of the most critical and valuable aspects of a great Mastermind group. You will receive more wisdom, knowledge, ideas, and insights than you can generate on your own. Growth seats are a part of every meeting, and all members will have several opportunities to be in the Growth seat.

The “Growth Seat” is the essence of the mastermind group. It is where you get your problems addressed and everyone contributes to the discussion to help you. It is when the entire group is listening to only you. The group focuses on you and acts like a super mentor to help you achieve exponential change. You do not want to miss out on this important benefit. This is one of the main reasons people come to a mastermind. Some people feel shy or introverted or they worry they may not sound intelligent or experienced. But the groups are small, and the facilitator puts everyone at ease. You will be surprised how much everyone can learn from you, too. Everyone gets a chance to speak in turn. The facilitator gives equal weight to everyone. Many times, you will have an idea to contribute, but if not, you are not required to say anything.

It is critical to attend all meetings. The group has the best results when all the members are present and prepared. However, if an emergency event occurs, please notify the facilitator as soon as possible.

Confidentiality is a must. What is said at the meetings stays in the meetings. A successful mastermind group requires a high level of trust. Members must know they can speak freely and have the complete trust of their fellow members. Every member is required to sign a non-disclosure agreement committed to complete confidentiality of all material and information.

As the facilitator of the group, I will be observing and documenting the members’ participation, preparation, and interaction during the meetings. If at any time I feel a member is not engaged or committed, I will plan a private consultation to help them make any necessary adjustments to reengage and continue making gains and growth. I am also available at any time to meet in person, via Zoom, or on a phone call with a member if they feel their progress and growth is not what they desire.
